As President & CEO of THE VISIONARY GROUP, Stephen leverages his knowledge of insurance, wealth management, and estate planning with the deep group benefits experience of the firm’s 14-member team whose main goal is to help clients choose benefit solutions that best meet their needs. He has more than 25 years of life insurance and estate planning experience, partnering with clients to ensure they have the right insurance coverage, helping individuals and families with estate and succession planning, and advising companies and non-profit organizations on their group health and insurance benefit plans.
From 2000 to 2019, Stephen was the Chief Operating Officer at a top life insurance and estate planning firm, where he specialized in advising clients on effective ways to use life insurance in their estate planning and business succession plans. While at the firm, he was also responsible for overseeing the firm’s case development, operations, and customer service functions.
Stephen attended St. John’s University on a full sports scholarship, earning a B.S. degree in Business Administration and Marketing. He began his professional career in the life insurance industry with New York Life in 1995. A New York native who speaks Italian, he lives in Nassau County where he enjoys spending time with his wife Corinne and his two daughters, Livia and Milena, and travelling to soccer games in Europe with them.
